Voter Registration

  • Voter Registration Application
  • Voter registration forms are also available from your municipal or county clerk. Mail your application to: Office of Secretary of State, Election Division, P.O. Box 304, Trenton, NJ 08625-9983 or to the appropriate County Commissioner of Registration.

F-1 and J-1 Students

  • Any changes the Registrar makes to your NJ residency status for tuition purposes does not alter your F-1/J-1 Immigration status. You will continue to be reported to SEVIS as an F-1/J-1 student unless you visit Rutgers Global - International Student and Scholar Services with appropriate documentation to demonstrate a change of your immigration status.
