Please note that the Office of the Registrar will be closed Wednesday, September 26th, from 11:00am through the end of the work day. The staff will be attending a professional development training. The offices will reopen Thursday, September 27th at 8:30 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

RUHere - Confirmation of Attendance Process

Beginning Aug. 29th, students will need to complete the RUHere confirmation of attendance process when attempting to access any online system which requires log-in with their Rutgers NetID. Students must participate in RUHere before the deadline on Sept. 17th or their fall 2018 classes and financial aid will be cancelled. For more information download presentation.

**If a student is registered at Rutgers Law School - Newark and Camden, RUHere launched on Aug. 20th
**If a student is in one of the RBHS schools (except School of Pharmacy and School of Nursing - Traditional, RN to BS and Nurse Certificate programs), you will NOT be included in the RUHere process this fall.

About the Registrar

The New Brunswick Registrar's Offices serve as the custodian of student academic records. We provide and maintain essential processes and answer inquiries with confidentiality and integrity for our students, faculty, and administrators while supporting our mission. We also provide and support registration, transcripts and verifications,  posting of grades and degrees, changes in residency, calendars, name and address changes, Veteran's benefits, awarding of diplomas, as well as graduation and commencement information.
