Download the Non-Resident Rutgers Tuition Exemption Form (Dream Act for Eligible New Jersey High School Graduates) - For New Brunswick Graduate and Professional School Students. Camden and Newark Graduate Students should apply directly with their respective Registrar's Offices.
Download a Voter Registration Application. Voter registration forms are also available from your municipal or county clerk. Mail your application to: Office of Secretary of State, Election Division, P.O. Box 304, Trenton, NJ 08625-9983 or to the appropriate County Commissioner of Registration.
