Period WITH a "W" Grade is 9/10 -10/ 27. You
cannot drop your last class or withdraw completely from school via Webreg.
You must notify your dean's office to cancel your registration. |

80% Tuition Refund for complete withdrawal for
full
time students. Part time students will receive a 100% refund of tuition
for the reduced credits through September 9, 2009. As of 9/10/09, there
is NO REFUND for credit reduction for part
time students.

Withdrawl / Refund Procedure for
All Students
|
Students withdrawing from their entire program
of courses will receive "W" grades and a prorated refund of 80% during the first two weeks of
the term (thru 9/14/09); 60% during the second two weeks (thru 9/28/09); and 40% during
the third two weeks of the term (thru 10/12/09). In
all refund situations, the student fee and the computer fee
are not refundable.
For students who drop a portion of
their courses during the first seven calendar days of
the term - the course(s) will not appear on the academic transcript (or
be calculated into the tuition charges, if a part time student). |
